
A BIT ABOUT ME
With a background in Physiology and Sport Science, I have always been passionate about how movement can enhance both physical and mental well-being. I fell in love with Pilates for the way it creates flow, allowing you to disconnect from the outside world and tune inwards as you move. It’s a practice that leaves you feeling elegant, lengthened, and deeply connected to yourself.
My method, HIIT Hot Pilates, blends the classical Joseph Pilates technique with contemporary movements designed to strengthen and condition the body. By incorporating small bursts of cardio, it not only sculpts and tones but also gives you that dopamine kick and serotonin release.
This class will deliver a dynamic, full-body workout that improves posture, endurance, power, and control. My goal is to help you move with intention, breathe with awareness, and leave every class feeling empowered, strong, and centered.
